The 2005 Nahant Arts and Cultural Calendar 15 April 2005, Friday Avon Walk For Breast Cancer Fundraiser Time: 7:00pm Location: Knights of Columbus AVON WALK FOR BREAST CANCER FUNDRAISER KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, NAHANT Friday, April 15th 7:00 pm to Midnight Appetizers, Desserts, and Dancing!!! Cash Bar Ticket Prices: $20 donation per person 50/50 Raffle Silent Auctions: Red Sox Tickets, 5 Lobsters, Tickets to Attitash, Wine Basket And much more!!!! Three of your Nahant friends, Tricia Morad, Lori Nugent, and Betty Gooding will be participating in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer on May 14th and 15th. To participate they must each raise $1800 ($5400 total) and walk 40 miles. All ticket sale proceeds, as well as silent auction and raffle proceeds, will go towards breast cancer awareness, education, screening, diagnosis, and scientific research to find a cure.
