EPA STORM/DISCHARGE WATER REPORT

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency – New England’s (EPA-NE) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems ("Small MS4 Permit" or "Permit") requires submission of annual reports. In Massachusetts where EPA is the permitting authority, reports must be submitted annually to both EPA-NE and the state on May 1st, in years 2004 through 2010.
