UniBank is the proven leader in bringing this option to municipalities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Your bill number and the tax year on the bill are required to use this feature. Security is very important, your payment transaction is secure by state of the industry encryption methods and certified through VeriSign. You may also utilize the Kelley & Ryan Municipal ePayment System to pay your Nahant Excise Tax Bill and Nahant Parking Tickets.

UniPay Online Payment Options You have two (2) options for paying your bill with UniPay; either by electronic check or by credit card. -Electronic Check It is free to pay by electronic check. You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it. You will be shown where this information is on your check. -Credit Card We accept MasterCard and Discover for credit card payments. There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box and will be totaled with the amount of the tax.

Once a bill type has selected, the screen will change Next, enter your "Bill Number" and "Tax Year"
-Second Screen If the customer information is correct, please enter your e-mail address. Enter e-mail address in the 2nd box to confirm If customer information is incorrect, please go back to the previous screen and re-enter information. Once information is confirmed and entered, press the "Continue" button -Third Screen Your payment information will appear on this screen. There are two fields that need to be filled in on this screen a) Enter bank routing number from your bank check (refer to graphic above box) b) Enter account number from your bank check Once information is entered, press the "Continue" button -Fourth Screen Confirmation information is provided on this screen. Please verify that all information is correct. Once information is verified, press the "Submit" button to authorize payment (press submit only once) If information needs to be corrected, press "Cancel" -Fifth Screen This screen provides a printable receipt. The receipt has a confirmation number acknowledging that your request for payment has been received.
