Pursuant to MGL chapter 30A, S 18-25 | All meeting notices and agenda's must be be filed with the Town Clerk and date stamped as such. All postings must be posted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting (excluding Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays)
Completed Meeting Notice Forms must be delivered or emailed to the Town Clerk to be posted outside on the official posting bulletin board as well as in the Town Hall during Town Hall hours. All cancellations or location changes must be noted with the Town Clerk before the scheduled meeting.

The purpose of the PUBLIC HEARING is to amend the Nahant Town By Laws, Section 10, Flood Plain District, to incorporate additional language and revised map to ensure compliance and eligibility under the National Flood Insurance Program
