This interactive application is intended to be filled out on your computer, printed and signed. Simply download the Adobe Acrobat virtual to your computer and double click on the virtual to open it. Place the cursor on any of the fields and start typing. When complete, print the document, sign/date it and enclose the appropriate fee's (See Section 4 below).

1. 2010 Mooring Permit Applications areavailable from the Harbormaster's webpage or at the Selectmen’s Office at Town Hall.

2. Fill it out COMPLETELY and return it by mail or in person to the Selectmen’s Office. If by mail please write Harbormaster on the front of the envelope. Be sure to include the appropriate fee with your application. $3 per foot for residents and $6 per ft for non residents

3.Your permit will be mailed back to you or you will be called for further information.

All boats must comply with mooring regulations as posted on the Harbormaster website.

Mooring Permits will be available at the Harbormaster's Office at Tudor Wharf
Cost is $3.00 per foot for residents. Please bring certificate of registration for the boat or
if documented-the documentation papers. All moorings must be reregistered before May 1st or number and or mooring space will be reassigned

a. Resident: All boats moored in Nahant waters shall be assessed an annual fee of three dollars ($3.00) per foot (LOA).
b. Non-Resident: All boats moored in Nahant waters shall be assessed an annual fee of six dollars ($6.00) per foot (LOA).
