During the month of May, each student prepares a Nahant history project for presentation at the Johnson School. Students use the NHS, NPL and oral histories to research their Nahant subject of interest. Students work with special guest, Ron Gove, who demonstrates some of the fisherman's tools and techniques involved in building a lobster trap. Ron is a Nahant native whose family spans many generations of Nahant fishermen and boat builders.
