Pursuant to MGL chapter 30A, S 18-25 | All meeting notices and agenda's must be be filed with the Town Clerk and date stamped as such. All postings must be posted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Completed Meeting Notice Forms must be delivered or emailed to the Town Clerk to be posted outside on the official posting bulletin board as well as in the Town Hall during Town Hall hours. All cancellations or location changes must be noted with the Town Clerk before the scheduled meeting.
